Description
In order to paint his painting “The Ox Carcass”, the artist Chaïm Soutine kept a beef carcass at home for several weeks. To continue to paint it in spite of its increasingly damaged appearance, he covered it every morning with fresh blood. The police had to intervene!
Not very ragouting, is it? Rest assured, my creative process is healthier! I am inspired by my travels, my environment to create each wall decoration. Ina is directly inspired by Africa and its women, each one more beautiful than the other, with an incredible head carriage and an impressive afro cut.
On my small scale, I try to pay homage to them by drawing this mask. It will bring warmth and conviviality in your interior and will marry perfectly with a bohemian decoration for example.
Small additional information
To facilitate the hanging, a hole is arranged on the reverse side!
Each piece is an artisanal creation. For this, I need about 10 days after the order for the manufacturing. Always because this wall decoration is handmade, it has its own smallspecificities that make it unique.
The materials used come from sustainably managed forests. In addition, I try to source locally and buy raw materials in bulk whenever possible.
You will also find a tutorial on how to reuse the packaging used for shipping.
